Is it possible to change my service date?

Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.

How does the billing process work?

To purchase new pallets, we require a 50% down payment for new customers or custom built pallets with the remaining 50% to be paid 15 days after delivery
